Brand X Price List - DSL in AT&T Territory

Brand X Internet offers DSL and Fiber services in areas where AT&T is the local telephone company, including Downtown, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Pasadena, most of the San Fernando Valley, and most of Orange County.

DSL Services

The speed of service available will vary by address. Some locations may only work with speeds up to 3mb or 6m; while others may go 12 mb or even faster. Call us for details on your address 310 395 5500. Fiber services are listed further down in this page.

Note that if fiber is available at your address it will generally be faster/cheaper.

One year term for free install and free modem

We will waive the install fee if you commit to a minimum 1 year term. If you think you might move before that time, you should sign up for the monthly plan. If you sign up for a year, this is a firm committment for one year. After that, the account goes to month-to-month.

Telephone LIne

Not required. You need a telephone jack, but you don't need live telephone service.

Support

Our support is local. You will never be transferred to an offshore tech support center in Kazakhstan or Mongolia.

If we are too busy to talk, we'll have a live person take your number and we will call you back. This values your time and minimizes annoying hold music.

The telephone company often uses long wait times to ration tech support. We just don't do that.

Apple or Windows Computers

Unlike Frontier and AT&T, Brand X loves Macs. We support mostl Apple products, including iPhones, Macs, and Apple Routers. We also support WIndows and Linux, and most popular brands of routers.

Free Modem/Router

The modem is provided with the service, for annual signups. It must be returned when the account is closed, or a fee of $150 is charged.

Mailboxes

Two mailboxes are free. Additional mailboxes are $5.00 per month, or $50.00 per year.
