Domain Name (DSN) Support
Domain name support is one of the benefits of having a qualified full service internet provider.DNS service includes complete support, which includes registration, answering questions, approve transfers, make changes, configure the actual names and numbers, and generally make sure your domain name works.
Domain support will in some cases be provided FREE for the following types of accounts:
- Static Business DSL
- Web sites
- Colocation
- T1 lines
Other types of accounts (email, dialup) will be charged $35 per year for dns support. Customer is in all cases required to cover registrar fees.
DNS service is not provided as a standalone service. You *must* have some kind of live, active, paid up account in order to receive any kind of DNS support.
